Office Manager

Sophie began her dental career in early 2022, drawn to the unique blend of business operations and patient care within the dental field. She now keeps the front office running smoothly with efficiency, kindness, and attention to detail. She values transparency, clear communication, and strong teamwork, and is committed to making every patient’s visit as stress-free and seamless as possible—from scheduling to insurance questions and everything in between.

Outside of the office, Sophie enjoys reading, crafting, spending time with her two cats, and hiking. She believes in maintaining a healthy work-life balance and brings that positive energy into everything she does.

QA:

What is your favorite way to unwind after a long day at work?

I like to slow down and focus on a little self-care once the day is done! I head to the gym, then go home and cook a nice meal. After dinner, I’m usually reading and spending time with my cats, Peach and Moon. It’s the perfect way for me to rest and recharge!

How do you stay motivated and inspired in your role?

I stay motivated by always looking for ways to improve and streamline how we do things. I enjoy change and love taking on projects that allow me to make systems better and more efficient. Having goals to work toward and seeing progress is what keeps me inspired every day.

Dental Assistant

Oksanna obtained her dental assisting certificate at Front Range Community College, where she developed her skills and developed a strong foundation in the field. However, her commitment to learning doesn’t stop there. In her personal time, she actively seeks out opportunities to further educate herself, staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in dental technology and techniques. When she’s not busy at work, she prioritizes spending quality time with her family. As well as loving on her kitty named Thor. She also has a green thumb, and a knack for keeping plants alive.

How do you stay motivated and inspired in your role?

Listening to podcasts, as well as always setting personal goals. Working out a few times a week helps to stay alert and be healthy.

Are you a morning or night person?

Being in the dental office for over 5 years has made me an early bird.

What is one skill or quality that you believe sets you apart in your Profession?

Always keeping patients smiling, during and after procedures!

Cassie

Dental Assistant

Cassie is currently studying dental assisting at Front Range Community College and is set to graduate in Fall 2025. Although she’s new to the dental field, she’s eager to grow and develop her skills in this exciting industry. Outside of school, Cassie enjoys staying active with her love for skiing and watching ski competitions. She’s also a passionate hiker and enjoys spending time outdoors. In her downtime, she’s a proud plant mom, caring for her growing collection of indoor plants.

What’s your favorite season and Why?

My favorite season would have to be spring. I love seeing nature come back to life.

If you could instantly learn a skill/talent what would you choose?

One skill I would love to instantly learn is how to do a Double Cork 1080!

Favorite food/comfort food?

My favorite food is Caesar salad!

Dental Hygienist

Wendi graduated from the University of South Dakota in 1992, completing her dental hygiene education. With over 31 years of experience in the field, Wendi has perfected her skills and expertise in providing top-notch oral care to patients. Outside of work, she has a passion for outdoor activities such as camping and golfing. However, one of her true joys comes from following her boys’ baseball games, showing support for them as a proud parent.

What is something surprising or unexpected about your journey in the dental field?

Technology advancements, regarding how x-rays used to be taken versus now.

Where do you like to travel?

The beach, warm weather.
